ANALYSIS OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE RESULTS:
Polish and Catalan parents have answered seven questions in a similar way:
-more than half of respondents claim that children have good manners-most of them say that children respect adults-more than half admit that children not always behave fair in the relations to their friends, brothers and sisters-nearly 60 % of people respond that children respect their things and environment-nearly half of parents say that children do not take care about their place of work and rest-most of respondents claim that children obey the rules of safety in the street-about half of them answer that children use the mass media properly
In four cases the answers have been different
Polish Parents
- most of them say that children are not selfish
- about half of them claim that children are not rude
- more than half of people respond that children fulfil their home duties
- the vast majority of parents admit that children behave properly while having meal
Catalan Parents
- a quarter of them say that children are selfish
- a quarter of them claim that children are not rude
- more than half of people respond that children not always fulfil their home duties
- less than half of parents admit that children behave properly while having meal
CONCLUSIONS
Children should:
- improve their behaviour in the relations to their friends, brothers and sisters
- become more friendly- pay attention to the language they use- take more care about the order in their place of work and rest- fulfil their home duties every time- behave better while having meal- use the mass media properly- always respect adults
