Agenda

• Discuss Analysis experience

• Summarize survey data

• Explore resource center

• Finance website

• Discuss next steps in Analysis Transition

• Communicating to users in your area

Ask The Super Users

Finish this statement:

As of today, I use Analysis…o 100% of the time.

o About 75% of the time.

o About 50% of the time.

o About 25% of the time

o Never. I’m still only using BW.

Let’s Discuss

Why are you still using BW?

•Type your answers into the chat box.

Number One Challenge: Time

• Based on survey results, we have established that time is the number one reason people have not yet transitioned to Analysis.

• Why does this matter?

• Part of your responsibility is to be an advocate and prompt the transition from BW to Analysis.

• Remember – 90 days after training window, non-super users will lose the BW tab.

• Time is important! So we need to encourage users to use all the time we give them – even if it’s a slow, gradual move – start now.

Time To Debrief

We asked you…

•What has been the hardest part of your transition to Analysis?

•What do you like about Analysis?

•What do you want to learn more about?

•How can we better support you, the Super Users?

Ask The Super Users

How would you like this advanced feature training?

Survey ResultsHow can we better support you, the

Super Users?

Survey ResultsHow can we better support you, the Super

Users?• I would like more items mentioned in item 3- for instance, enhanced graphing, focused analysis tabs and

conditional formatting

• Tips and tricks could be sent to super users on a regular basis. Reminds the super users that the system is available for use.

• I really enjoyed the hands on workshop because we were able to meet other super users; ask questions; work through our own reports. I would like to see a super users forum established.

• higher level functions. (Specifically, most of the items from question #3 above.) All of the FF sessions were basically repeated at the half-day hands on training. I didn't feel the hands on training taught us much more than the FF sessions did.

• more frequent emails out to the super user group about what's expected of us.

• The support to get started has been great! I'm better at learning a new system when I can use it in my daily functions, so having the fastfact presentations on hand to reference have been really helpful. The only thing I would like to eventually see is more instruction on some higher level functions, such as the graphing and custom calculations, and conditional formatting.

• Have a fast facts on formatting and totaling. Have a blog for questions so I can do a find on the blog and find my answers. For example; how do you do "show repeated texts in Analysis" I could go to the blog or FAQ and select find "repeat" and find my answer

• I think that additional hands-on training would be great- perhaps "lab" time where we can bring a real world project, create our report, and have an instructor oversee the work and help us?

• Question #3. I had more than one selection. Custom calculations, enhanced graphing, format measures. The hands-on session was very helpful. Instructors were very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of my questions.

• Took the training but have not dug into transitioning all reports yet. The process to recreate the reports seemed fairly straight forward as communicated in the web training provided to date.

Comments and Thoughts

• We’re going to open the phone lines now!

• There will be a slight pause, and then a recorded voice will provide instructions on how to ask questions over this conference call line.

• We’ll be answering questions in the order that we receive them.

• We’ll also be answering the questions that were emailed to us during the presentation.

• If there’s a question that we can’t answer, we’ll do some research after this session, and then email the answer to all participants.
