Airport Transportation / AccessEncircled by mystic lagoons and unspoiled crystal shores, Anantara Dhigu Maldives is a heavenly sanctuary on a secluded paradise island with an abundance of luxury amenities. The resort is located on the rim of a tranquil turquoise lagoon, around which sits two other resorts providing an array of dining options.

Our airport representative will meet you upon arrival at Malé International Airport and guide you to one of our speedboats. Then begins the 35 minute scenic journey across the sparkling emerald waters to Anantara's lagoon, on the edge of the South Malé Atoll.

Currency The Maldives they have their our own currency called "Ruffia" (Rf). All the resorts, hotels and most of the souvenir shops accept major credit cards, which includes American Express, Visa card, Master card and JCB card. Climate Straddling the equator, the Maldives enjoys a warm tropical climate with temperatures ranging between 23°C and 32°C accompanied by light ocean breezes. The Maldives experiences two distinct seasons between May to October and November to April. Lightweight cottons and linens are recommended throughout the year. Light waterproofs may be useful.
