Airport Transportation / Access

Travelling to the resort is made simple with regular scheduled flights from around the world landing in Malé International Airport daily. Once you touch down, Anantara Veil’s speedboat service will bring you to the resort in a quick 35 minute boat ride.

Currency The Maldives they have their our own currency called "Ruffia" (Rf). All the resorts, hotels and most of the souvenir shops accept major credit cards, which includes American Express, Visa card, Master card and JCB card. Climate Straddling the equator, the Maldives enjoys a warm tropical climate with temperatures ranging between 23°C and 32°C accompanied by light ocean breezes. The Maldives experiences two distinct seasons between May to October and November to April. Lightweight cottons and linens are recommended throughout the year. Light waterproofs may be useful.
