DISCUSSIONS

•Stand-alone system with support files included.

•Spatially view the virtual 3D model of Anna University

•Fire spatial and non-spatial queries

Fore-runner for various development projects in and around University campus

RECOMMENDATIONS & FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS

1. Aerial photo can be used for creating building features

2. Requires High end graphics system to have 3D viewing capability

3. Details inside each and every building can be modelled

4. Whole scene can be drapped as a single scene rather doing as a individual file

5. DSM layer can be used as a base thus the real terrain nature with all the elevations and depressions can be viewed

6. plugin to be installed inorder to view the model in WWW

7. This model size can further be reduced such that it can be easily loaded in the web environment
