Before your website design

may begin, I walk through your

industry, your current business

and your main competitors

exactly the same way that your

customers would. I don't want

to just build you a website. I

want to build you tools to

connect with people and then

convert them into customers. In

order to do that, I have to see

what they will see and walk in

their shoes.  

Your website and your social media channels need to have a clear and easily understood brand promise to your customers. You have to identify what value you are adding to their lives and why they should choose you before we even choose a domain name.  If you already have a domain name and it would be too difficult to change it, then we have to focus on clarifying your brand promise and telling your brand story.

promise. I do this by writing compelling

that tell your story and highlight the

unique value that your brand will add to

your customer's lives.

Creating Your Customer Experience

After I have created those elements for

your website, I design an easy to navigate

and pleasant user experience for your

customers by making sure that they can

complete whatever action that you need

them to; sign up for an email, complete a

purchase and more. 

Extras That I Provide

The final things that I do during

your customer experience design

are to add the correct basic

keywords (search engine

optimization) to your website so

that your customers will find you

when they search for you, optimize

the pages and images on your

website so that they load quickly

for your customers and make sure

that your website is user friendly

on both desktop and mobile

devices. These are not typically

part of website design services, but

I include them because I believe

that these are incredibly important

components of your customer

experience. I don't want to just

build you tools. I want them to be

an asset to your brand.

After your website is built, I help you to

connect everywhere online by building

you matching social media channels and

linking all of them together. Additionally,

I provide training on how to use both
