#2 Condo G2. Fox Valley Condominiums, Glen Mills, PA. Pipe burst between kitchen and hall bathroom. Extensive water damage. 5 week project. 3 workers.
Interior:Remove all laminate flooring and tile floors, kitchen cabinets, counters, bathtub etc…Install new tile floor and new walk in shower (approx 1500 sf). Replace old copper piping with pex.Install new kitchen cabinets and color match paint for old cabinets.Install tile backsplash in kitchenVent dryer and built soffit to conceal the vent. Paint
#3 1945 Anthony Wayne Drive, Wayne, PA. New roof, dormer, front patio, fascia, and siding. 6 week project. 3 workers.
