Welcome to Arthur Rubber’s 7th Edition of our Industrial Products Catalogue.

At Arthur Rubber, we offer a wide range of rubber and related products for industrial, rural,

manufacturing, engineering, transport and commercial applications. Whilst based in Wagga Wagga, we

service the whole Riverina area plus an increasing number of intra and inter-state customers through the

use of our website. We are able to ship product throughout Australia via post; local, intra and interstate

freight companies.

Our product range includes sheet and strip rubber, solid and sponge extrusions, seals, rubber mats and

matting, anti-fatigue mats and matting, livestock matting, skirting rubber plus closed cell foams in sheet,

strip and tube. We also have access to a wide range of specialty rubbers such as abrasive resistant,

chemical resistant, high and low temperature, food grade plus the ability to source chutes and made to

measure rubber products through a number of our suppliers. We also have access to a local water jet

cutting service for precision cutting.

Whilst this catalogue illustrates our comprehensive range, it does not try to convey all the products that

are available to us through our extensive supplier network. Each year, some products are deleted whilst

others are added and or expanded. Being an independent locally owned business, we tailor our product

range to reflect regional demand plus our own desire to seek new and innovative product.

PN250 Rubber Insertion Sheet is a premium grade rubber made from a blend of natural and synthetic rubber polymers reinforced with a heavy duty nylon cord fibre to deliver excellent tear resistance and dimensional stability. PURE GUM 35

Pure Gum Rubber is an un-pigmented, highly elastic premium grade 35 Duro rubber with excellent resistance to cutting, tearing and abrasion Pure Gum has outstanding resilience and strength and has superior resistance to fine particle and wet slurry abrasion. It contains no colour pigmentation and as such is suitable for applications where colour contamination is a concern Pure Gum is not suitable for outdoor applications due to its poor resistance to weathering

NEOPRENE

Neoprene rubber sheet is a premium grade blended synthetic rubber made from 30% Neoprene polymer. It has excellent physical properties including good mechanical strength with moderate abrasion resistance and tear strength. It also gives good adhesion to metal. Neoprene rubber has good resistance to heat, steam, oils, fats, ozone, weathering oxidation, sunlight and refrigeration. Nitrile Rubber Sheet is a black premium grade 65 Duro synthetic rubber made from 100% Nitrile polymer which exhibits excellent resistance to petroleum based fluids. S.A.R. 60 Rubber is a black, highly elastic premium grade 60 Duro blend of natural and synthetic elastomers formulated to have excellent resistance to impact, tearing and abrasion. Butyl Rubber is a premium grade 100% synthetic rubber made from Bromo-butyl polymer. It has been developed for its excellent chemical, weathering and high temp resistance. Butyl Rubber has very good resistance to corrosive acids & alkalis plus maintaining moderate abrasion resistance. Butyl Rubber exhibits very good UV & ozone resistance & dielectric properties plus low permeability to air and gases.

with excellent resistance to heat, weathering, ozone, mineral oils,

moderate acids and alkali’s plus a wide range of chemicals Silicone is impervious to UV light, is non-toxic, chemically inert and will retain is flexibility and properties over a wide temperature range Silicone far out distances other elastomers in general service life, compression set resistance, electrical strength and non-stick properties. NATURAL RUBBER SKIRTING – 60 Duro

Natural Rubber Skirting is a general purpose 60 Duro natural rubber used as a sealing strip on conveyor systems or similar applications. The hardness and wear properties of this rubber is specifically designed to ensure it will be worn by the conveyor belt once adjusted, creating a seal and reducing both material spillage and dust escaping. This also eliminates the potential for the skirting rubber to wear the conveyor belt cover.

V730 SELF-ADHESIVE BACKED PVC FOAM SEAL STRIP

V730 is a soft, closed cell PVC foam tape for use as a permanent (static) seal against light, dust, moisture, air and sound.

Seals at only 30% compression and has low thermal and sound conductivity. It is also excellent for providing a water tight seal for irregular and light weight substrates.

Typical applications include acoustic partitions, suspended ceilings, air-conditioning, cold rooms, flashing and sheet metal to frames. Service temperature range -25°C to 70°C.
