What is iESE?
•iESE started in 2004 as a voluntary collaboration of local authorities
along with Police, Fire and Health
•iESE incorporated in 2011 and began its life as a mutual in 2012
•We are
• a social enterprise
• not for profit
•A Company limited by guarantee, owned by public bodies
•A Board of Directors appointed from members
•Owners also appoint representatives to the iESE AGM
