Manner of realization:Course. The course will be conducted by applying methods such as exposure, conversation, training scheduled, expositive methods, focusing on reproductive memory and passive listening, frontal methods, methods based on learning by reception: lecture, demonstration of expository.Practical activities / seminaries During practical work the appliance of algorithmic methods is analyzed, based on operational sequences, stable sequences, pre built, heuristic methods, based on the own discovery and problem solving. It will be monitored the practical application of theoretical concepts presented in the course for solving problems specific to their specialization. It will be analyzed and discussed in detail the themes proposed in the course in order to solve various practical problems. Periodic examination will be carried out to test the gained knowledge that will contribute to final grade. Teaching and learning methods:- Lecture; - Exposure; - Heuristic conversation; - Observation; - Demonstration of expository; - Modeling; - Exercise; - Training on the project; - Programmed instruction; - Independent work; - Heuristic methods based on their own discovery and problem solving - Teaching methods for homogeneous or heterogeneous groups

PRACTICAL COURSEA. ObjectivesAcquiring linguistic behavior and skills, in accordance with the studied domain, through a

continuous feed-back process.Using the most efficient teaching techniques and strategies.Acquiring directly knowledge of the studied domain, through the language studied.Acquiring several linguistic and behavioral patterns.Introducing new, flexible, modulated systems of modern communicative pedagogical

techniques and methods.Acquiring the ability of using the specific terminology in an academic context.Doing those types of exercises and teaching tasks, which can stimulate the acquisition of

linguistic competence, and which can facilitate the knowledge transfer, specific to the disciplines in the curriculum.

B. Syllabus

Manner of realization:The practical course of English uses the interactive approach and employs modern teaching techniques and strategies. On the basis of the lexical and grammatical notions, the new knowledge necessary to the studied domain is acquired by working out specific learning situations. Stress is laid on developing adequate linguistic behavior and on emphasizing grammatical and lexical categories specific to the studied domain. The learning needs and experience of the future specialists are correlated with the level of various linguistic registers. Teaching and learning methods:

Introducing new, flexible, modulated systems of modern communicative pedagogical techniques.Working out specific learning circumstances.Emphasizing linguistic categories specific to the studied domain.
