To Practice…• Whenever I get angry this week, remember that my reaction could

lead to many sins; hurting others, and God, so before I say something mean or yell, I should remember that.

• God doesn’t want us to sin when we get angry, so I should try my best not to, and ask Him for help.

• When someone else is angry, don’t yell or get angry. Just keep speaking gently and say soft words. This will help calm their anger.

• Don’t make anyone else angry!

• Pray that God give fill us with patience and humility and help us overcome our anger.
