Angola: New Ambassador Announces Opening of Angola/Brazil House

Luanda The inauguration soon of the Culture House Angola/Brazil, in this South America country, "opens goodsprospects" in bilateral cooperation in the cultural field, said Monday, in Luanda, the new Brazilian ambassador to theRepublic of Angola, Norton de Andrade Mello Rapesta.The Brazilian diplomat was speaking to the press on the purpose of the cooperation ties between the two countries, afterbeing accredited at the Presidential Palace by the Head of State, Jos Eduardo dos Santos.Norton de Andrade Mello Rapesta said that this opportunity will allow the Angolan and Brazilian cultures join thedemonstration of their values.Meanwhile the President of the Republic, Jos Eduardo dos Santos, also received in separate ceremonies, thecredentials of ambassadors of Japan, Ito Kuinaki the Democratic Republic of Algeria Larbi Latroch and Kenya JostatKaunda Maikara.
