Busch Entertainment Corporation (BEC), the familyentertainment division of Anheuser-Busch, generatedrecord profits again in 2005. Busch Entertainment opened two of the theme park industry’s most innovative and talked-about attractions last year: Curse of DarKastle, a 3-D ridethrough a haunted Bavarian castle at Busch GardensWilliamsburg, and SheiKra, North America’s onlyvertical-dive coaster, at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.SeaWorld Orlando premiered Blue Horizons, a newtheatrical dolphin show that has quickly become one of the park’s most popular attractions.

Enhancing Anheuser-Busch’s ImageIn addition to generating significantfinancial returns, BEC parks alsowork to enhance the image ofAnheuser-Busch. Visitors to BECparks learn of the company’s tradition of quality, its corporatecitizenship, environmental steward-ship and programs to encourageresponsible alcohol beverageconsumption. Most important,BEC strives to make every visit aworld-class experience for guests.

Acknowledging the service and sacrifice of our military,

Anheuser-Busch last year openedthe gates of its parks to membersof the armed forces as part of thecompany’s “Here’s to the Heroes”tribute. In 2005, 900,000 activeduty and reserve military membersand their direct dependentsreceived free admission to anAnheuser-Busch adventure park. The company has extended theprogram through 2006.

BEC parks also work to carryon the tradition of conservationand environmental stewardshipstarted by Anheuser-Busch morethan a century ago. SeaWorld andBusch Gardens, members of theAmerican Zoo and AquariumAssociation, care for dozens ofendangered species and supportresearch in their facilities across the

United States. The SeaWorld &Busch Gardens Conservation Fund,a registered nonprofit charitablefoundation dedicated to wildlifeconservation, animal rescue andeducation, donates hundreds ofthousands of dollars each year toworthy individuals and groups.

OutlookWith the premiere of “Believe” in its SeaWorld parks and thecontinuing popularity of recent ride attractions at Busch Gardensparks, the outlook for BEC in 2006 is bright. The stabilization of gasoline prices and the overallhealth of the domestic travelindustry should combine to helpBEC meet its expectations in attendance, revenue and profit.

SHAMU This spring, SeaWorld will premiere “Believe,” featuring new killer whale behaviors, original music and the mostelaborate set pieces ever constructed at a BEC park.
