The Harvard Program grew out of Harvard Business School’s ongoing research on U.S. competitiveness and its conclusion that cross-sectoral collaboration at the city level is key to advancing our shared prosperity. The Minnesota Young American Leaders Program complements the Harvard Business School Program by providing an opportunity to focus more specifically on exchanging knowledge and tools to advance collaboration for shared prosperity in our cities and across our state. It is our hope that alumni of both Programs will join together to expand the power of cross-sectoral collaboration for our region and state.
