•Learning Objective: Given a mixture of different animals, the student will correctly identify the animals with their different classes (herbivore, omnivore, carnivore, or scavenger) with 90% accuracy.

What are the different animal classes?
Carnivore- An animal who eats mainly meat.
Omnivore- An animal who eats both meat and plants.
Herbivore- An animal who eats strictly plants.
Scavenger- An animal who eats already dead life forms.

There are many different carnivores in the animal kingdom
Most carnivores are good hunters, with sharp teeth, good sense of smell, and have good eyesight

Many cud-chewing animals (such as a cow) are herbivores
Because they need so much food and energy to stay alive, many herbivores eat all day long.

Rather than hunting for their food, scavengers find already dead carcasses to feed on instead
