3 times gold….is that really possible? I didn’t dare to believe it was. In Hong Kong I felt a huge amount of pressure. More pressure than in any of the previous Olympics that I have participated in. Thankfully, as soon as I entered the arena that pressure was replaced with a confidence that told me “Yes, you can do this”, and the rest is history. As soon as I finished my test initially I felt a huge sense of relief, and then of course I was thrilled to realize that I had just won my third gold medal. Many people have asked me where I see my career taking me from here. The truth is that is something I can not say. But what I can say is that my motivation will continue to be, as it always has been, my love for horses and my love for sport.

The love of sport was what led me to develop the ANKY® clothing range. We started the ANKY® Technical Casuals brand because we felt that there was a need for functional and fashionable clothing in the equestrian sport. Now 10 years later the result is a complete range of technical clothing and products, and the range keeps growing. It’s not only designed for the equestrian market, but functional for other sports markets as well. The technical functionalities, high quality and the latest fashion designs are the key elements which makes the garments of ANKY® to a success. The Anky - The upper layer of the Anky Classic is made of full grain leather and the inside layer is made of calfskin- This boot is cemented and the topline is extra high cut - The boot is tight around the ankle, for more feeling with the horse and it makes the leg look longer and slimmer- All these features give the boots an elegant en stylish look, but they also ensure quality, durability and the perfect balance.
