Next, use the keyboard “F” commands are connected to specific bank transactions and can be used as well.

Finally, there are transaction icons are on the right side of the main screen and can be used to start transactions.

First, at the top of the screen is a check image displaying both the front and back to allow you to see if it has been signed and endorsed.

If you need to return the check to the member to sign, click the Reject button then the Done button on the bottom left corner of the screen. If checks are signed properly, click the Accept button, then the Done button.

Enter Check Amount, Type, and Account Number. Ignore the Memo field. If there is more than one check, complete this process for each check.

In this cash back transaction example, you see the fields necessary to give cash back to a member. The first thing to do is ask for the member’s signature since money is going out – direct them to the glass signature pad (be sure to refer to the picture of the correct ITM).

Explain to member, “The machine dispenses $1, $5, $20 and $50. How would you like to receive your money?” Fill the Request boxes with the total number of bills per denomination to dispense. No receipt is needed when returning cash from a deposited check. Once the dollar selection is determined, enter the request into the Mix Currency fields.

Next, you will see the Dispense cycle process the monetary request.

Finally, the Dispense Completed screen appears and now the money is being dispensed by the ITM.

To print a balance inquiry receipt without making a transaction takes a few simple steps.

First, choose either the Post button on the right side of the main screen, click F12 on the keyboard, or use the Transaction dropdown window and choose the word Post. A disclaimer appears stating,

“There are no printable transactions. Are you sure you want to post?” Choose yes.

Next, enter the dollar amount in the Balance Information field with the Memo Balance from your Connected Teller application, then click the Next button.

The receipt will print then click the Next button and select the Close Session button when the member has completed their transaction.
