RULES OF THE ROAD California is basically one of the most relaxed places in the world about weed, but that doesn’t mean anything goes. Let’s stay cool and confident and free with these simple tips. Can I get an OKAY?

Buying: if you’re not a California resident, you can’t buy from the wonderful dispen-saries that have budded up in LA. We might have some tips and tricks on the next page if you don’t have any local friends who’ll do it for you. If you are a California Resident, get a doctor’s recommendation, you silly! Holding: The actual best place to store marijuana is in your body, in the form ofsmoke or vapor or chewed up infused chocolate chip cookie. The second best placeis in a scent-proof Annabís handbag.

Consuming: Smoking outdoors is ok if you are discreet, but try to avoid doing it in upscale neighborhoods like West Hollywood. Even if the cops do give you a ticket, the fine for possessing less than an ounce is like $100. The safest places are indoors and on private patios. Vape pens and edibles are also super subtle, just saying.
