Setting Our Kabbalot

• A small, achievable goal that has to do with the value.

• Examples:– Do my chores without being asked.– Don’t say the words “I’m bored!”– Go to bed at my bedtime.– Do my very best work on my assignments.– Make someone smile today.

• Helps us remember our kabbalot. Try to reflect on your focus phrase for a minute or two each morning.– Examples:

• Just do it!• Songs that make you want to dance!• Woohoo!• Ruach!• Stomp your feet! Clap your hands!• Take pride in my work!
