Guidelines for the completion of the CV
The standardized CV form defines the Curriculum Vitae (CV) layout for atendering company to use when proposing a person for a particular profile.
Usage of the standardized CV form is mandatory - only CVs submitted in
this form will be considered.
How to fill out the standardized CV form:
(1) All reuired information must be pro!ided. Any missing orincomplete information may lead to a CV being discarded. All
information shall be provided in nglish.(!) "here the information is to be provided in tabular form# all
columns of the table ha!e to be filled in.
($) The CV should be a summary rather than a biography of anindividual and must be in a format enabling a %uic& and accuratecomparison with other CVs submitted to fill certain roles. There shouldbe no unaccounted chronological brea&s.
(') ach CV consists of one CV front page and one CV career summarypage and at least one CV training page and at least one CV
professional eperience page more CV training# CV software epertiseor CV eperience pages may be added if necessary.
(*) ach CV professional eperience page contains data about thepro+ects the employee has participated in# his role and responsibilities#and the products or tools used in the contet of these pro+ects. ,oreCV eperience pages must be added for more pro+ects.
• -ates must precisely indicate the month and year in which a pro+ect
started and ended..
• ro+ect size is to be epressed as the total number of person/
months.
• The scope and results of the pro+ect (or tas&) must be described
