Prayer Requests — Please note:
We often “clean” our prayer list when names have been on for a
longer period of time. If a name has been taken off and you still
want them on the list, email [email protected].
To add a name to the prayer list, please use our new prayer re-
quest forms (purple) in the pews (to put in the collection plate or
give to clergy) or make a request on our website using the “Prayer
Request” button on the bottom of the homepage.
TODAY AT ST. MARGARET’S

For those ready for our spring campus clean up to-
day, please meet up in the lobby of the formation
building after the 9 a.m. service. We will be working
until at least noon on various projects to spruce up
our campus and all helpers are wanted!
GODLY PLAY/ALTAR GUILD PARTNERSHIP
The children of our Godly Play classes have been
receiving lessons about the Eucharist, liturgy and
identifying objects used in the church service. To-
day, the children will help by acting as junior Altar
Guild members setting up for the 11:15 service as
well as helping the ushers, passing the offertory
plate and bringing up the elements during the ser-
vice.
SEEKERS CLASS TODAY
Join in a new book study for adults in the adminis-
trative conference room this morning during cof-
feehour (10:20 to 11 a.m.) They will be discussing
the book “The Great Spiritual Migration” by Brian
McClaren. All are welcome.
CHILDREN’S CHAPEL
Children’s Chapel is held at the 9 a.m. service for
children from ages three to second grade. Children
leave the nave during the sequence hymn follow-
ing behind the cross which will come down the
aisle and then go into the downstairs annex class-
room with the children rejoining their parents at The
Peace.
NURSERY AVAILABLE
Children are very special to us here at St.
Margaret’s, and we have a lovely, newly refur-
bished nursery in our annex building that adjoins
our sanctuary (down a short flight of stairs). It is
open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Children ages 3-18 are welcome to our Sunday
School classes during the formation hour of 10:15

finding a particular classroom.

during formation and coffee-

F&F ADULT FORMATION CLASS
GET CONNECTED
WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT!
In John 16, Jesus tells his disciples he will leave
them soon, but that then the Holy Spirit will come
and lead them – and presumably us – to all truth.
How does this happen? What is the process?
What are the most effective ways to invite the
Holy Spirit to guide us? And if we hear what we
think is guidance, how do we know whether it is
from the Holy Spirit, CNN or our mother? And per-
haps more importantly, how do we block the Ho-
ly Spirit from our lives? Explore these questions
with Dave Boyce for four weeks in May. Sessions
will be held on Faith & Fellowship Mondays from
6:45 to 8 PM in Classroom E, until May 22. Sessions
will be interactive and experiential. All are wel-
come!

Dageno Girls Center Update
Sunday Forum — May 14 — 10:20 a.m.
Fellowship Hall
Located in Karatu, Tanzania, the Center is a
"design thinking and doing" residential entrepre-
neurial education center that supports roughly 150
girls. Since 2014 through our Endowment Grants
Program, St. Margaret's has helped them grow
from 50 girls packed into a five-bedroom house to
their new campus (a former school). In those early
years, St. Margaret's and an individual parishioner
that served as their initial Grants Liaison was their
primary funder. Come hear about their amazing
progress!
Whether you are a teacher, committee member, out-
reach volunteer, or musician, we need all of our volun-
teers to know how much they are appreciated! Please
RSVP with the number of family members who can at-
tend this event by May 10 to [email protected].
Mark your calendar for our annual outdoor Bluegrass
Mass to take place on Sunday, June 4, at 11:15 on
the church campus. Our Third Sunday Band will lead
us in singing favorite old hymns and provide a very
festive musical service. Bring a lawn chair or blanket
for seating and enjoy worship with the bluegrass
sounds of the Third Sunday Band. A parish picnic fol-
lows where hot dogs and burgers will be provided.
