We grow in services, we grow in professionalism.
It has to take into consideration that during 2015 we have had a few new constructions marketed since bank’s real estate proper-ties had finished and had not yet begun private developers.A relevance fact is that for the first time since 2007 we finished the year with a significant volume of operations already generated. In this 2015 it has begun selling fairly new constructions that will be reflected in the incomes of 2016-17.

We are a team that combines knowledge and experience with entrepreneurship and innovation.
Staff
In the 4th quarter we increased our staff in 7 people reaching 70 employees as a result of winning a contest in order to manage a large number of properties of Servihabitat.
In 2015, we had a growth of 8 employees

Investment
Buildings. The market has been highly speculative in 2015 with little patrimonial vision and very focused on the short term. The price has risen 25% : the same building can be reached by three or four different ways. Demand is very focused, if not exclusively focused on the city of Barcelona. Much concern among investors by the policies of Barcelona City Council.
Land. This year 2015 has been the year of demand revivalOperations have been made not only in Barcelona, but also in the first ring. Obviously with very controlled impact pricesA very important difference with 2014: Demand has not been made only by foreign funds, but also promoters of the city.
