For this exhibition I was determined not to be seduced by digital photography. A beautiful subject (another pretty face) was not going to be enough. Intelligence and heart would be required, but also surprise. I don’t want to be flattered or bored, and I bet you don’t either. So, after several days pouring over almost 800 images, I think we have arrived at a good show. Each of the artists represented here have mastered their medium. They all have something to say whether it is a haiku or an acronym. There is great variety, and there is great fun, and quite a few wonderful digital images besides. I hope you enjoy the show as much as I enjoyed the jurying process. JUROR’S STATEMENT

Thank you for asking me to be your juror.
