According to myth, anyone hit by Cupid's arrow will fall in love with the next person he or she sees. ADMIRER ADORE AFFECTION ATTRACTION BEAU BELOVED BOYFRIEND CANDLES CANDY CHOCOLATES COUPLE CRUSH CUPID DARLING DATE DEAR DEVOTION FANCY FEBRUARY FLAME

Chocolate Covered Strawberries 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped 3 ounces white chocolate, chopped 1 pound strawberries with stems (about 20),

washed and dried very well

Put the semisweet and white chocolates into 2 separate heatproof medium bowls. Fill 2 medium saucepans with a couple inches of water and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Turn off the heat; set the bowls of chocolate over the water to melt. Stir until smooth. (Alternatively, melt the chocolates in a microwave at half power, for 1 minute, stir and then heat for another minute or until melted.) Once the chocolates are melted and smooth, remove from the heat. Line a sheet pan with parchment or waxed paper. Holding the strawberry by the stem, dip the fruit into the dark chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting any excess chocolate fall back into the bowl. Set strawberries on the parchment paper. Repeat with the rest of the strawberries. Dip a fork in the white chocolate and drizzle the white chocolate over the dipped strawberries. Set the strawberries aside until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes. Source: Foodnetwork.com

What does a Brake Flush do anyway? If you're like most drivers, you don't think about your brakes until they stop working. But most experts agree it is a good idea to take good care of your brakes. Brake fluid is hygroscopic (it absorbs & retains moisture) and when it gets contaminated it contains rust, corrosion and dissolved acids formed by oxidation. A complete brake fluid flush is a great way to ensure that your vehicle's braking performance remains consistent and that all parts in your braking system are well cared for. After time, brake fluid absorbs moisture into the lines, which can begin to rust out critical parts. Especially with today's modern ABS systems, rust can lead to costly repairs that ultimately could have been prevented. Flushing your brake fluid at least once every two years will ensure optimal braking performance and the longevity of all the parts in your braking system. It is an easy procedure that prevents much larger headaches from surfacing in the future.

Did You Know?

Is It Presidents' Day or Washington's Birthday?

Presidents’ Day is an American holiday celebrated on the third Monday in February. Originally established in 1885 in recognition of President George Washington, it is still officially called “Washington’s Birthday” by the federal government. Traditionally celebrated on February 22—Washington’s actual day of birth—the holiday became popularly known as Presidents’ Day after it was moved as part of 1971’s Uniform Monday Holiday Act, an attempt to cr eate more three-day weekends for the nation’s workers . While several states still have individual holidays honoring the birthdays of Washington, Abraham Lincoln and other figures, Presidents’ Day is now popularly viewed as a day to celebrate all U.S. presidents past and present.
