On behalf of the Board of Governors, I am pleased to invite you, your family and guests to join us for the 130th Annual Meeting of The Virginia Bar Association at the Williamsburg Lodge, January 23-25, 2020. I can't think of a better way to start the new decade than to enjoy the warm hospitality of historic Williamsburg with friends and colleagues.

The agenda is packed with timely and substantive programming, including two general session programs offered by the VBA’s Committee on Special Issues of National & State Importance. On Friday, the Committee and the Environment, Natural Resources and Energy Law Section present a panel of experts on a topic of specific interest to much of Virginia, "Is the Law of Virginia
