VISION OF THE ORGANISATION:

VJMS and the SHGs share a vision of community of unified rural population, across

Parochial caste lines and the gender divide, with increased survival capacity in a rapidly

changing political economy, with food security, where children, especially the girl child, have

a Childhood, Education and secure future. To pursue economic & allied activities. Pursue

animal welfare activities & mobile van facilities and bio diversity, handicraft sector, this year

we have establish the VJMS Library. Our vision is to digitally literate all the Telangana with

the help DEF, CIRC AND VJMS. We want to bring awareness among the people about the

Digital skills and social media. We want to bring awareness among the rural and poor people

about the all Govt Schemes. Our vision is to improve skills of our young India. Our vision is

to give computer training to SHG’S Groups, Farmers, and Beedi workers.

In the next year we are going to start “Community Radio Facilitation Centre” which

will have high impact on Community development and it will be very useful to farmers, SHG’s

Youth and Community people. We want help especially Farmers, Tribe’s & Rural people who

are very far to get to know about the current world. We are planning to bring awareness on all

govt schemes and Technology used in agriculture to farmers.

MISSION OF THE ORGANISATION:

VJMS and the SHGs is committed to the unification and organisation of the rural women in

their struggle for freedom from social operations and the realization of a human identity,

dignity and citizen status. Our mission is to convert us community from slum area to Developed

area.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION:

➢ To develop the rural Telangana.

➢ Vjms and the SHG’s share a vision of community of unified rural population.

➢ By providing knowledge about the government schemes, digital literacy, providing

hostels for girls and children, providing literacy, digital literacy, skill development

training, technical training for SHG’s.

➢ Helps for the poor people economically and educationally.

➢ Helps to the youth by providing skill development training, technical empowerment

training.

➢ We help to old people by providing “old age homes”.


➢ To prevent pollution, we are organizing “bio-diversity programs.

➢ Women contribute as equal to all decisions and activities of their development.

➢ To stop sexual exploitation of women arising from petty credit needs.

➢ To establish physical discipline and financial independence for women.

➢ Environmental bio diversity programs.

➢ PNDT act awareness in rural & urban.

➢ Handicrafts sector.

➢ To establish functional literacy among women pertaining to DOMWUA and

DWAKRA group members.

Our Aims:

➢ Our main aim for the year 2018-19 is to adopt some villages in the state of Telangana

bring about digital literacy in all the families in those villages, conduct trainings and

workshops on internet and usage of social media.

➢ Bringing about this development of internet connectivity and internet literacy in the

most vulnerable of our rural areas can change the outlook of our rural life and create

wonders.

➢ This year our organization sanction from ministry of small & medium enterprises for

tread scheme.

➢ Our organization is looking for within 3 months our organization launching a new

project like super market, sari zardo zari work centre, Karchub making centre & fashion

designing, fabric painting & manufacturing for paper plate.

➢ The finally this organization achievement to all of our group members in SHG’s is

economically benefit with self-employment schemes.

➢ Vjms make awareness and encourage the people on all govt. Programmes and cultural

activities.

➢ Vjms conducting programmes for agriculture formers to giving right solution in

agriculture crafts.

➢ VJMS conducting awareness programme on social media to people, with at awareness

we can tell the people use of social media and its benefiters in the govt. And private

sectors.


➢ The overall goal of the organization is to build women SHG’s more powerful and made

them equipped all the knowledge which they need for the development of their

community.

➢ Child labour is increasing day to day in our state, to eradicate child labour Vjms

conducting awareness programmers and trying to solve the child labour problems.

➢ Our aim is to digitally literate all the Telangana with the help of DEF, CIRC AND

VJMS.

➢ We want to bring awareness among the people about the digital skills and social media.

➢ We want to bring awareness among the rural and poor people about the all govt

schemes.

MAIN GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION:

➢ Welcome to Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam (VJMS), were extremely happy to

announce that we have completed 24 wonderful years of journey in empowering

women, girl children and youth from vulnerable backgrounds. We have played a crucial

role in critical stages of their lives and in preparing them for employment, as we start

this New Year 2019 we are making plans for another year of working with vulnerable

families and empowering them. Our Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi stressed about

how social media can play a key role in several activities of our country, our objective

for the year 2019 is to adopt some villages in the State of Telangana; bring about digital

literacy in all the families in those villages, conduct trainings and workshops on Internet

and usage of social media which we are doing since last three years. We hope to achieve

this objective by the end of the year 2020 in as many villages as possible. Bringing

about this development of internet connectivity and internet literacy in the most

vulnerable of our rural areas can change the outlook of our rural life and create wonders.

➢ Please join hands with us in our ‘ADOPT A VILLAGE’ programme. With a rich

experience in conducting several programmes over the past 24 years successfully and

economically, we at Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam will ensure that your contributions

and donations are spent wisely to give free trainings and workshops to the most

vulnerable families of our villages.

➢ The overall goal of the organization is to build women SHG’s. This year our

organization sanction from Ministry of WPC Community Radio Facilitation centre we

have got GOPA soon we are going to get the WOL then we will start the broadcasting

of Program which will show the great impact on rural & Tribal who are very far to the

information about new schemes and technologies mainly to Farmers and Women who

have no idea of using internet they are going to benefit highly our Community Radio

Facilitation Centre reach up to 25Km Radius around Wanaparthy Town so we are going

to cover nearly 70 to 100 villages and we will help them in getting information about

the Govt Schemes and new technologies on time.


➢ VJMS make Awareness and encourage the people on all Govt. Programmes and

Cultural Activities. VJMS conducting awareness programme on social media to people,

with at awareness we can tell the people use of social media and its benefiters in the

govt. and private sectors. Child Labour is increasing day to –day in our state, to

eradicate child labour VJMS conducting awareness programmers and trying to solve

the child labour problems. VJMS conducting programmes for agriculture farmers to

giving right solution in agriculture crafts.

➢ Mainly we want to help widows and handicapped people to start their own business and

made them sustainable by providing them skill development training, Marketing

HCL Grant Program:

Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam Cheif Functionary A. K.Khamar Rahman and Rakesh

was attended the HCL Grant Program at Osmania University in Hyderabad on 27-04-2018.

CRFC Station Shankusthapana Program:

We are organised an inauguration program of Community Radio Facilitation Centre

which was sanctioned to us on 16-06-2018 at Erramannu Gutta, Thadiparthy Village,

Wanaparthy Mandal and District.

We are organised a Chai Minar Program Implemented by Govt of Telangana. In this program

Surf Making and Jute Bag Making unit by Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam:

We are organised a Surf Making and Jute Bag Making Unit at our Head Office Balapur

for the students who are successfully completed their training from us.

E- Rikshaw Meeting:

We are organised a program on E- Rikshaws to empower rural youth by providing electrical

autos for free of cost at the beginning and repay the loan on daily basis.

Tailoring & Embroidery Centre Opening at Rajanagaram;

We are organised a Tailoring Centre opening program at Rajanagaram Under

NABARD Scheme on.

Awareness program on Agriculture & Consumer Rights Awareness to tribal

and rural farmers:

We are organised an Awareness program on Agriculture & Consumer Rights to rural people

on 24th October 2018 at Lacchi Ram Thanda Indrakal Village.

In this Program VJMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman told about how farmers are

believing wrong dealers and buying wrong seeds and pesticides and how to know the who are

licensed dealers and what are the original seeds and pesticides. And also, about what are the

rights of consumers and how to use them for their benefit.

In this VJMS Chief Functionary A.K.Khamar Rahman, Co- Ordinator M.A.Nayeem, Tailoring

trainer Ameena are participated.

Cloth Shop by Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam:

We are organised the Cloth shop and Tailoring Shop to the tailoring students who are

successfully completed tailoring course.

Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam Cheif Functionary A.K.Khamar Rahman was attended the State

Public Library Conference on 07th September 2018 at Hyderabad organised by Govt of

In this program VJMS Chief Functionary said how to stop fake news in What’s App how to

fight against that and how to complain about that in What’s App.

Students Visit:

SVMR College students visited our organisation for their project report on 28-03-2019 at

VJMS Head Office Balapur Hyderabad. In this program VJMS Chief Functionary A.K.Khamar

Rahman and students are participated.

Training on Book Keeping to SHG’s Group Leaders:

We have used to provide training to SHG Group leaders every month of their SHG

Meeting in this program we used to train nearly 100 Members in this Program Every Month.


Training on Credit Management:

We are trained 100 members in credit management this year. We are giving this training

to who are successfully completed training with us and interested in taking start their own

business.

Computer basics training:

We are provided training on Computer Basics at CIRC Station Wanaparthy since last

four years. This year we are successfully completed training to 800 members. In this program

nearly 60% women are trained.

Training on Beautician Course:

This year we are provided Beautician Training for 100 Women for economical

Development at Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam head office Balapur, Hyderabad.

Bids Training:

This year we are provided Bids Making training to 50 Women at Vanitha Jyothi Mahila

Sangam Head office Balapur Hyderabad. In this program BPL family’s women in Hyderabad

city are participated.

Stone Bangle making training:

This year we are provided Stone Bangle Making training to 50 Women at Vanitha

Jyothi Mahila Sangam Branch Office Wanaparthy. In this program BPL family’s women & ST

Women in are participated.

Fabric Paining Training:

This year we are provided Fabric Paining training to 50 Women at Vanitha Jyothi

Mahila Sangam Branch Office Wanaparthy. In this program BPL family’s women & SC, ST

Women in are participated.

Pulse Polio Program:

We are organised a pulse polio program at Rajanagaram village, Wanaparthy. In this

Program Rajanagaram Village Tailoring Training Students and VJMS Chief Functionary A.K.

Khamar Rahman are Participated.

Awareness Camps on Health & Hygiene, PNDT act, IMR & MMR:

We are organised awareness program on Health & Hygiene to Rural and ST People in

Thanda’s in Wanaparthy District. In this programs VJMS Chief Functionary & VJMS team,

Community People are participated.

Tailoring Trainings:

We are organised Tailoring trainings to women from the last 20 Years. This year we

have provided Tailoring training to 800 members in that 60% are Rural women, 50% are SC

& ST Women, 20% are Minority Women.


LED Bulb Making training program:

We are organised a LED Bulb Making training at Rajanagaram Village, Wanaparthy.

In this program 30 members are get benefitted by training. In this program Rajanagaram

Village Women mainly SC women are benefitted.

Yoga Day Celebrations:

We are organised Yoga Day Celebrations on 21st June 2019 at CIRC Centre

Wanaparthy. In this program CIRC Computer training students, Local People, Community

People, Children, VJMS Chief Functionary, CIRC Wanaparthy Computer trainer G.Madhu

Krishna, Co-Ordinator M.A. Nayeem are participated.

Zari Zardozi, Karchub & Maggam Work Training Programs:

We are Provided Maggam work & Karchub Training to 30 women with the support of

NABARD under MEDP training at Rajanagaram village Wanaparthy for 3 Months.

In this program SC, Minority and BPL families Women are participated.

Banjara Stitching:

We are trained 30 ST women in Banjara Stitching this year at Rajanagaram Village,

Wanaparthy. In this program 30 women from various thanda’s are participated.

Swachh Bharath Awareness Program to Tribal:

We are organised a swachh Bharath awareness program to tribal this year at Lachiram

Thanda, Indrakal. In this program VJMS Chief Functionary A.K.Khamar Rahman, VJMS

Team, nearly 100 members community people are participated.

Awareness program on education, Child Labour & Child

Marriages for Tribal:

We are organised awareness program on Education, Child Labour & Child Marriages

to tribal this year at Lachiram Thanda, Indrakal. In this program VJMS Chief Functionary

A.K.Khamar Rahman, VJMS Team, nearly 100 members community people are participated.

Digital Tailoring & Embroidery:

We are provided training on Digital Tailoring and Embroidery to 20 Students at

Rajanagaram Village, Wanaparthy. In this program we teach latest designs to interested

candidates to learn more designs and work through internet after completion of basic tailoring

course.

Washing Powder Making:

We are provided training for 40 members in Washing powder making this year at VJMS

Head office Balapur, Hyderabad. In this program BPL family women are participated.


Training on making pickle:

We are provided training on Pickle Making to 40 BPL women this year at VJMS Head

office Balapur, Hyderabad.

Training on Marketing and sales:

We are provided training on marketing and sales to 100 women who are successfully

completed training with us want to start their own business. We train them Book Keeping,

Record Keeping, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Sales etc,.

TREAD SCHEME TRAINING: Training on SHGs concept to 50 SHGs

(500members) coverage in TREAD scheme under Ministry of MSME:

ADD THE INCOME TAX CLAUSE:

Proviso to that effect that no addition alternation amendment in the objects shall be made

without the prior approval of the Director of Income Tax(Exemptions) Hyd. Proviso with

regard to maintenance of accounts for the financial Year and compulsory audit of accounts by

a chartered Accountant. Proviso to that effect that in case of dissolution, the society properties

shall be transferred /handed over to a society having similar aims 7 objects & also registered

U/S 12A of the I.T. Act,1961. Provision to the effect that the investment of funds of the society

shall be made in accordance with the proviso of section 11(5) of the I.T. Act, 1961.
