ENVIRONMENT AWARENESS PROGRAMME

The Environmental awareness proves important for several reasons; it fosters a sense of connection to the natural world, promotes sustainable development and encourages conservation of irreplaceable natural resources and vulnerable plant and animal species. Environmental awareness essentially serves as an educational tool, helping people around the world understand the economic, aesthetic and biological importance of preserving resources and reducing or eliminating the harmful impacts of man-made alterations. Environmental awareness or education helps people understand the consequences of human activities on various lands and identifies remedial solutions.

So, this year 2016-17, our organization has been organizing Environment Awareness camp with the local people, children and the youths of the area followed by plantation in local parks, road side and other blank common plots as part of our effort and to make the local people sensitized.

Eye donation immediate after death is a Nobel task one has to be taken the oath and sign the agreement consciously and willing in presence of the relatives and the friends when person is living. Donated eyes can be used to restore vision in people who are suffering from corneal blindness. The front, clear and transparent tissue of the eye called as cornea can be used to restore vision in a corneal blind person. International Day of Yoga Celebration.

Maharishi Patanjali is the ‘Father of Yoga’ who compiled 195 Yoga Sutras that became the foundation of Yoga philosophy. The commentary on these sutras is called Bhasya. The core essence of Patanjali is the eightfold path of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga) that focuses upon healthy living through Yoga. Yoga is a way of living that aims towards 'a healthy mind in a healthy body'. Man is a physical, mental and spiritual being; yoga helps promote a balanced development of all the three. Other forms of physical exercises, like aerobics, assure only physical well-being.
