Notice for the Annual General Council meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Council Meeting (AGM) of the member of

Krityanand UNESCO Club, Jamshedpur will be held on Sunday April 20, 2014 at 03:00

p.m. at the organization headquarter and outside on facebook webpage @

http://www.facebook.com/knunesco or http://www.facebook.com/knunescoclub to transact the

following agenda.

1. Item No. 1 - Adoption of Accounts

To receive, consider and adopt the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2014, the Income and

Expenditure Accounts and the Receipt and payment Accounts for the year ended on

that date and the Auditors Report.

2. Item No. 2 – Activities of the Organization

To declare and publish final Annual Activities Report for the Financial Year ended

March 31, 2014.

3. Item No. 3 - Appointment of Governing Council

To appoint the new Governing Council members for the Financial Year 2014-15

4. Item No. 4 – Re-appointment of Dr Jagannath Mishra

To Re- appoint our Hon’ble Chairman Dr Jagannath Mishra for the Financial Year

2014-15.

5. Item No. 5 – Appointment of Statutory Auditors

To appoint auditor to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting

until the conclusion of the next Annual General Council Meeting and to pass the

following resolution thereof:

“Resolved that M/s PSH & Associates, Chartered Accountants, be and are hereby re-

appointed as the Auditors of the Krityanand UNESCO Club, Jamshedpur to hold office

from the conclusion of this Annual General Council Meeting to the conclusion of the

next Annual General Council Meeting.
