    Step 12

    To start your fringe, string 1 size 6 seed bead and 1 size 11 seed bead. Bring the beads down to

    the base of the thread, resting on top of the core seed bead. Note: The size 6 seed beads used for

    embellishment are the same color as the size 6 core seed beads, but are shown in a slightly

    lighter shade in the diagrams.

    Step 13Go back down through the size 6 seed bead.

    Step 14Go through the next size 6 core seed bead on the beading wire.

    String another size 6 seed bead and one size 11 seed bead. Go back down through the size 6 bead.

    Step 21String one size 6 seed bead and one size 11 seed bead. Go back down through the size 6 seed bead.

    Step 22Go through the next size 6 core seed bead on the beading wire.

    Step 23Continue adding your fringe beads in the same fashion until you have made a second complete pass and your

    needle and thread are coming out of the last size 6 core seed bead.

    Step 27Bring the needle and thread down and around to the front of the beading wire, and thread your needle throughthe loop of thread made in the previous step.

    Step 28Pull the thread taut around the beading wire between two core size 6 seed beads, forming half of a square knotaround the beading wire.

    Step 29Complete the square knot by knotting the thread around the beading wire once more, and pulling taut. Trim thethread with sharp scissors close to the knot.

    Step 30If you run out, youll need to add additional thread. Thread a beading needle with approximately 6 feet of FireLine thread. Tie an overhand knot, leaving a 1 inch tail thread as described in Step 9.

    Step 31Pass the needle through the core bead next to where you ended your previous thread. Tighten and knot aroundthe size 6 core seed bead and trim the knot as shown in Steps 10-11.

    Step 32

    String 1 size 6 seed bead and 1 size 11 seed bead. Bring the beads down to the base of the thread, resting ontop of the size 6 core seed bead. Return to stitching fringe as shown in Steps 12-14.
