Routine Housekeeping After vacuuming and dusting, use Anotec New Fresh by

spraying the perimeter of the room only. Squirt twice into

toilet bowl for that fresh, clean smell.

Anotec New Fresh: Product Details

Anotec New Fresh is formulated to treat odours such as tobacco, stale milk, vomit, general body

odours as well as mouldy/musty odours in a closed up environment.

Odour Control (IAQ) is a product with a subtle fragrance of summer fruits. The benefits of this

innovative product are that it does not rely on perfumes to cover up the bad smells! The

proprietary blend of natural ingredients is designed to eliminate the odours leaving behind a

neutral, fresh atmosphere.

Ideally, when deciding to use odour control for treatment of an area, a procedure called “priming”

is necessary to treat the area without excessive use of the product. Due to client demand, we

have included this section to assist you.

Although great care is taken to freshen up a room or car, there are times where lingering smells

such as tobacco from cigars or stale milk will linger. This is because such odours are absorbed into

and stick to furnishings such as curtains, bed quilts, upholstery and, if present, the carpet.

Once the area has been primed, normal routine maintenance can be re-established.

APPLICATION GENERAL DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Diluted:

on fabric, kitchen benches,

(a) Pour 100-mls of Anotec Fresh & Clean into an

empty 500-ml trigger spraying bottle

(b) Fill with water and secure trigger mechanism

(c) Invert a few times – do not shake as it will foam

(d) You can now use the product – this dilution may

not be suitable as a ‘spray & wipe’ application as it

may streak, simply dilute further if necessary

Undiluted | Neat (a) Apply directly onto carpet stain, fabric or stained

area. Leave for a few minutes, scrub gently and rinse

/ wipe with clean cloth.

(b) Use directly in basin, bathtub or toilet, tiles etc, wash

as normal

Anotec Heavy Duty Cleaner is a highly effective alkaline aqueous solution. This product is

designed to allow good separation between the water and contaminant such as grease or oil.

This allows control of the waste stream produced during cleaning, this also increases its

suitability for general cleaning!

The name Anotec Bin Fresh says it all! Anotec Bin Fresh is formulated to improve Outdoor and

Indoor Air quality (odours).

This product is ideal for heavy duty odours such as garbage, urine, cooking smells, fire damage

smells, burst sewer pipe smells, water damage / mouldy smells and all food waste odours. Also

this product is effective for waste disposal units and sewer pipe maintenance.

Anotec Bin Fresh is not a creative perfume and does not cover up the bad smells by relying on

the fragrant component of the formula!

Anotec Bin Fresh can be diluted and sprayed directly into the rubbish bin to immediately

reduce / eliminate the odour. This product can also be used via a misting system using up to a

1:300 dilution for effective removal of odours from areas such as garbage compactor loading

bays etc.

Anotec Bin Fresh does not contain solvents or phosphates.
