X- - - - - - - - - - - - -X ANSWER COMES NOW the defendant, by counsel, and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers: That he ADMITS the contents of paragraph 1,2,3, & 7 only insofar as his personal circumstances are concerned; That he DENY the rest of the allegations therein especially the abandonment of his family. That defendant is without knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the veracity of the averments in par. 18 complaint: That the defendant was in Antartica on September 27, 1996 until present working as soldier on special mission as evidenced by an “employee daily time record” as Annex C and the passport marked as Annex D. That it was the plaintiff herself who urge him to take the employment on Antartica and assured him that it was approved by the plaintiff herself. WHEREFORE, the defendant respectfully prays the complaint be dismissed with cost against the plaintiff.
