depressant effect
• AntiThyroid drugs & TCA- increased risk of granulocytosis
• MAOI’s & TCA–contraindicated in outpt setting HTN crisis
• Sympathomimetics & TCA- increase CV toxicities (HTN, tachycardia, dysrhythmias)
