    Large amounts needed forpoisoning: 5 grams is theminimum antidotal dose usedin an ingestion of an unknownamount. Note: the 100 mg in 1mL vials contain thepreservative chlorobutanol. A 5gram dose requires 50 ofthese vials and will deliver atoxic dose of the preservative.
