DYNAMIC ASSET ALLOCATION

Passive asset allocation is the way most individuals and organizations invest. Itinvolves identifying appropriate assets to hold, setting targets for the percentageof assets in the portfolio, selecting investments to represent each asset, andregularly "rebalancing" the portfolio back to the target asset percentages.

Dynamic asset allocation involves changing the proportion of assets in a portfoliowith the aim of improving the risk-adjusted return of the portfolio. This approachhas the goal of reducing losses during bear markets, potentially at the expenseof higher gains during bull markets, resulting in steadier overall performance.
