At PenniBlack, Christmas is our favourite time of year. We get to see all that festive goodwill and Christmas spirit, first hand, at the parties and events we cater for. We know how to have fun with food, from the hob, to the job, and we want to bring the party to you.
With over 15 years’ experience within the catering industry, we cater for every kind of party, from large client functions, to small family get togethers, from just a food and drink drop off package, to full event styling and management. We pride ourselves in providing quality, high end, seasonal food, using the freshest of ingredients. We have put together a selection of festive menus for all occasions, however we are always happy to provide bespoke menus to clients.
At PenniBlack, we subscribe to the Holy Grail of gastronomy: the triple SSS. That's 'Seasonal', 'Sustainable' and 'Sourced Locally'. Adding a dash of creativity to fresh ingredients, we devise personalised menus that match your event to perfection.
Expect delicious, photogenic dishes, beautifully plated up on pretty porcelain. Expect baroque tea-cups that rattle as you chatter over afternoon tea.

As well as the catering, the Team PB Creatives love styling and theming, and are able to dress your space, and transform it to anything from a full Nordic Ski Chalet, to a room fit for King Henry 8th himself. We can provide candelabras draped with burnt orange flowers, or chopped logs and pine cones as a centrepiece, or perhaps you want it personally designed to suit your own colour scheme? We can work with our event hire team and florists to create whatever you desire.
Struggling to find the perfect space for your event? We work with many venues and are happy to source or suggest a space that is suited to your location, party size, event budget and style.
Our iPhone has the hottest and most up to date contacts across the capital, for the best DJs and live bands, audio and lighting, branded bars, and much more. Whether it's a corporate do or a fledgling festival, we can take care of everything while you take the weight off your heels.

Event Styling and Management
Team PBOffice team Our catering creatives co-ordinate your event from start to finish. They provide you with a bespoke experience right through, from the menu, to the styling, to the venue finding, furniture, entertainment and service. Sticking closely to your budget and recommending where savings can be made, they each have years of experience in the industry, ensuring your party will be a cracker.Kitchen team Led by head chef Kevin Mulkerrins, whatever challenge you throw at them, they will high five it and then exceed all expectations. Massively creative, we wish they were clone-able. All of our chefs are highly skilled, and have worked in in the industry for many years. You know you’re in safe hands. Front of house team We’re so lucky at PenniBlack to have our own incredibly talented front of house team, employed and trained directly by us. From your event manager, through to the waiting team and the barmen, they will be on hand, with a smile, to help you on the day, and make sure your guests enjoy the event to the fullest.
