完善集團財務管理，實施揮灑財務合併

遍佈於大中華各地之集團總部，在邁向

以現代化管理集團財務之過程中，其中有關

編制財務預算及合併財務報表之工作，通常

由專業會計師負責執行。傳統之工作流程是

集團總部收到由分公司呈交之財務報表(包

括財務預算之申報)，之後把它列印，然後

使用Excel應用軟件把有關數據重新輸入。

揮 灑 軟 件 建 設 ( 簡 稱 為 揮 灑 軟 建 ) 是

FlexSystem自一九八七年開業以來最重大

的軟件架構研發項目，它是經產業化並設於

香港新界葵涌之應用軟件生產線。該生產線

及廠房是FlexSystem之全資物業，佔地約

三萬平方尺，並在本地雇用超過二百五十名

員工。因此，揮灑軟建可以有效地為各行各

業提供度身訂造及更新應用軟件之服務。在

FlexSystem開業邁向二十五周年之際，揮灑

軟建已經具備條為客戶件提供高質素應用軟

件，務求與客戶共創競爭優勢。

回顧香港企業二十多年來對應用軟件之

實施，早期主要透過度身訂造系統以滿足企

業之需要，但度身訂造系統之建設成本高昂

及建設時間冗長，現代化管理因而未能普及
