“MORE FUN” FOR YOUR EFFORTS!As an added bonus we offer incentives for your participants in the form of water park passes or Wild Passes. In order to qualify, the program coordinator for the school must complete and submit a School “FUN”d Raiser Incentive Order Form by April 27, 2020. The original ticket order form collected by the participant must accompany the Incentive Order Form. Order forms may not be combined. Incentives are based on total ticket sales (money collected) by the participant.

“FUN”d RAISER PROGRAM AGREEMENTHOW MOREY’S PIERS “FUN”D RAISER WORKS:Your school determines the ticket prices for your “FUN”d Raiser (not to exceed the 2020 general admission rates). “FUN”d Raiser tickets are priced to allow schools to raise money while providing their community with a discount to the piers and water parks.

Each participant will receive an order form. Please indicate how many order forms you would like on this form below. Once the sale is over, participants return their order form and payments to the “FUN”d Raiser coordinator at your school. Your “FUN”d Raiser coordinator simply mails in the orders’ summary along with a payment (ONE check made out by the fund raising organization). Morey’s Piers will mail your tickets within 4 weeks. All orders are filled by May 22, 2020.

STEP 2A: DETERMINE YOUR TAX STATUS CATEGORY (CHECK APPROPRIATE CATEGORY)

❍ CATEGORY A: I am a NJ Public School exempt from paying 6.625% NJ State Sales Tax as well as 2% Cape May County Tourism Tax. (Payment MUST be made by a school-issued check.)

❍ CATEGORY B: I am a Private or out-of-state school WITH an NJST-5 form exempt from paying 6.625% NJ State Sales Tax. However, I am required to pay 2% Cape May County Tourism Tax on amusement portion only. (A valid, signed copy of your school’s NJST-5 form must accompany the final order to be eligible for tax exemption. Payment MUST be made by a check issued from the account of the school named on the applicable NJST-5.)

❍ CATEGORY C: I am a Private or out-of-state school WITHOUT an applicable tax exempt certificate (NJST-5). I am required to pay both the 6.625% NJ State Sales Tax and the 2% Cape May County Tourism Tax on amusement portion only.

STEP 4: REVIEW THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The organization may fund raise each ticket at a price to be determined by the organization itself, but shall not exceed the 2020 general admission price.

• Tickets may not be used for resale purposes.

• All “FUN”d Raiser ticket orders must be submitted to Morey’s Piers by April 27, 2020 along with the organization’s valid NJST-5 (if applicable).
