“Good design is always simple. It should provoke and stimulate but not be and seem unnatural.”Fountainhead, like the name suggests, sits at the peak of the architectural pyramid. It is their belief that your quality of life is directly influenced by the quality of your surroundings. Ideas flow from their observations and analysis of the way people react to spaces. Accumulation of such experiences drawn from over 800 projects of varying types and magnitude makes them one of a kind.

Fountainhead’s Design PortfolioFountainhead, in its long illustrious journey, has worked on over

800 projects across various segments and has vast and extensive experience across all categories of design and industry.

Below are just a few examples of their more popular projects:

Premium Residences: GV Krishna Reddy – Chairman, GVK Group VVS Laxman (Renowned Cricketer)

Reputed 5 Star Hotels: Taj Krishna, Hyderabad | Rajputana Sheraton, Jaipur

Leading Retail Ventures: Kalanjali Stores, Hyderabad Second Skin Boutique, Hyderabad

Monuments (Lighting Design Services): Mahabodhi Temple Ajantha Caves | Ferozshah Kotla | Belum Caves

Fountainhead’s View on Location of 77° EastThe close proximity to work and recreational spaces within city limits is the USP of the project, where less dense and more green comes into play. Wide roads and stepped volumes give a sense of grandness while

moving around the community.

Design Philosophy for 77° EastLike the heart is to the body, residential spaces are meant to be cosy, comforting and an energy enhancing system.

Our Holistic Design Idea for 77° East encompasses grandeur, majesty and romance.

We have envisaged this space as a fusion of beauty and function, blending modern lifestyles with traditional grandness, while allowing nature and its kaleidoscope of colours to seep in. The style is evocative and picturesque, a re-creation of a distant world framed within a romantic sensibility.

Entrance Foyer Ground Floor

The impression of elegance created by the exterior is carried into the entrance foyer as well. The console is placed between wall panels and is aesthetically treated with ornate glass work.

Informal Living Room Ground Floor

This area is designed specifically to be an interaction zone. The ceiling with subtle cove lighting and the wall paintings complement each other to impart a sober tone. The neutral colour palette, the furniture and artefacts enhance the ‘Classical’ touch.
