Employee Engagement Summit Creating Brilliant Customer Experiences

250 participants for 2.5 days Post Summit: everyone conducted 5 interviews with colleagues in different

departments and functions.

Within 3 weeks, 43% of 3,500 person organization engaged in sharing stories &
