The Peak Physique Hot Yoga story be-gan in 2011 when Michael and Suzanna Calava decided to put their passion for hot yoga into a business. They originally wanted to create something that was not readily available in Adelaide at the time – a Hot Yoga studio that was affordable, welcoming and central to the Western Suburbs.

The studio offers different types of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Astanga, Power, Bikram, Barkan Method Hot Yoga, AcroYoga (partner yoga), AcroVinyasa and of course Hot Yoga.

The Peak Physique Hot Yoga teacher train-ing course is registered with Yoga Alliance Australia, an organisation that ensures the high standards of Yoga Instructors and classes in Australia and worldwide. Peak Physique Hot Yoga is certified and ap-proved by Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School 200.
