• Through the ISFRADA Initial Training Program, CGE Professional Master, a collaboration between
ISA, USAMV Bucharest and USAMV Iași, conducted throughout 2001-2016, over 280 young
specialists were trained for agri-food enterprises in Romania, Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Russia,
Bulgaria, Turkey, and other countries. ISFRADA also organized continuous training programs on
behalf of the beneficiary companies, paving the way for creating PERFA in 2017.

• Strategic Objective: To create and update transversal professional
skills, both for management and technical.
• Target participants: PERFA aims to quickly develop talent managers
from agricultural and food companies with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of
experience and evolving in the Black Sea region, one of the most
important poles for the development of European agriculture.
• Certification: Continuous Professional Training Certificate issued by
ISA Lille and recognized by the French Ministry of Education
(Ministerial Agreement Number: 3159 00 13 259).

GENERAL STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAM:

• The program lasts for 3 months and takes place in 2 promotions peryear in Bucharest, Romania.
• PERFA has 3 monthly / promotion modules:
2 management modules: taught by French trainers (Romaniantranslation available), with emphasis on the necessary "business"axis within the term of "agri-business";
1 technical module: taught by local technical experts with realbusiness experience and an innovative vision for the modernmanagement of the agri-food sector in the Black Sea region.
• Compact training time set-up with 1 module / month and 4 consecutivedays / module, from Tuesday to Friday inclusively, Monday being left tothe disposal of the employer and employee for current businessactivities.

1. Module for front-office, business development functions (total 4 days):
a. Sales and acquisition negotiation sub-module (3 days – French trainer):
• Developing modern trading skills for commercial functions, as well as optimizing
the procurement relationship with suppliers;
• Practical cases, negotiation scenarios, commercial policy simulations.
b. Human Resource Management (1 day – French trainer):
• Acquiring specific skills for managing employees and organizing teamwork through
SMART objectives aligned with corporate strategy;
• Awareness of the entire career management cycle for optimal management of
available human resources.

2. Module for back-office, business support functions (total 4 days):
a. Management and Budget Control sub-module (2 days – French trainer):
• Analysis of the main financial and accounting statutory documents of a company
and knowledge of the main economic parameters of a profit center;
• Build-up and execution of budgets, managed in real time, for continuous adjustment
and prioritization based on business dynamics.
b. Marketing sub-module (2 days - French trainer):
• Knowing the basic mechanisms of strategic and operational marketing required to
provide the best market positionioning for the company's products and / or services
in a competitive environment;
• Market segmentation, loyalty policies, distribution strategies, ATL, BTL.

1. Agricultural perspectives (4 days):
a. Governance and agri-food value chains (2 days – French trainer):
• Methods of organizing the agri-food chain: integration, association, standardization,
labeling, stimulation through agricultural policies.
b. Cereal trading and market risk coverage (1 day - Romanian expert):
• Understanding that pricing commodities and agri-food merchandises is achieved on
international markets, via quotations, beyond the decision of local individual actors,
requiring them to know precisely the mechanisms for cost optimization, go to market
techniques, and proactive management of the subsequent risks.
c. Precision and digital farming (1 day - Romanian expert):
• Global trends and new ways of optimizing production in the agriculture v4.0.

• All participants will prepare a one-page report that is tangible asset to the attention
of the top management of the company and containing constructive suggestions
from the professionals trained in PERFA, crystallized from information gathered
during the Program, aiming to optimize and improve the overall activity of the
company they come from;
• The report is confidentially previewed by ISA-Yncrea trainers, who will provide
feedback and fine-tuning suggestions to the authors before the actual delivery to
the CEO.
