Dogs & Bitches will be judged together in each group in the above events.
*CHAMPIONS – Golden Collar (only registered champions at closing date accepted). Dogs & Bitches in the Champions Class will be judged separately – 2 DOGS & 2 BITCHES in each Group to go forward to the Final.
BREEDERS CHALLENGE – please note that all dogs entered in the Breeders Challenge must be bred by the breeder and carry the breeders kennel name - min. 3 and max. 5 off-spring and breeder to be present)

IMPORTANT NOTES: 1.Faxed & email entries will only be accepted with a copy of the bank deposit or internet transfer. Ensure that entry information is clear and correct. Please print owner’s name as reference on Deposit Slip. 2. Exhibitor numbers, entrance & parking tickets will be handed out at a show prior to the expo. Competitors will be advised. 3. NB. Dogs/Bitches entered in their particular events must be benched in the allocated area. NO BENCHING WILL BE ALLOWED AROUND RINGS. 4. All exhibitors/ handlers are personally responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for claims which may be made in respect of injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs. 5. No animal other than an exhibit entered for competition or for exhibit shall be permitted within the precincts of a show except registered Guide Dogs for the blind, Hearing dogs for the deaf and dogs requested for educational and instructional purposes or by the permission of the show holding club. 6. Competitors, exhibitors, owners and handlers participating in any event for the duration of the exhibition are advised that they may be photographed for, by or on behalf of Wodac for the use and possible publication of such photograph by Wodac. 7. COMPETITOR BENCHING AREA & ARENA 2 – HALL 4 – “DOG DIRECTORY’S HALL OF DOGS” Bring your chairs, dog bowls, dog crates, dog blankets etc.
CLUB & BREEDER STANDS : If you would like your own stand, 3m x 2m = 6 sq.m. and 2m x 2m = 4 sq.m.
Club/Breeder Stands are available i.e. complete shell package which includes shell scheme, carpet, plugpoint and lights and name on the fascia. Stand holders will also be promoted on the WODAC Facebook and Website. CONTACT Sharon at [email protected] for floor plan, rate sheet and booking form. *Special* - Animaltalk will be giving each club/breeder stand holder five Dog Directory 2013 and one 2014 copy for their stand. In addition, posters for each breed profile exhibited will be printed and co-branded for each stand.
STRICTLY NO BENCHING AROUND THE ARENAS OR IN ANY OTHER AREA WITHIN THE HALL
COMPETITOR PARKING & ENTRANCE INFO INTO HALL 4 Breed Competitors will be allowed to park in the secure undercover parking close to Hall 4.
Note: Special Parking Passes will be issued – 1 per exhibitor on a first come first served basis.
Dogs & Handlers will enter Hall 4 from the ramp above the underground parking directly into the Benching Area. No “Visitor Access” will be allowed into the Benching Area from the ramp and from inside Hall 4. Please do not encourage visitors into this area for security purposes. Please make sure you have your Exhibitor Venue Entrance Badge handy. Additional Entrance Tickets can be purchased at the Main Visitor Entrance next to Hall 5.
Competitors must show their Exhibitor Venue Entrance Badge to gain entry into the hall.
Competitors who wish to park in the Outdoor Grassed Parking area next to Hall 5 do not require a parking pass but must present their Exhibitor Venue Entrance Badge to gain free entry into the grassed parking area. These competitors will enter as normal through the main boom gates and up the ramp into Hall 4.
DOG EXERCISE AREA – please make sure you exercise your dog before you enter the venue. Do not allow your
dogs to relieve themselves in the Gallagher flower beds and gardens. An improved dog exercise area will be available with dedicated poop scooper for this area.
POOP SCOOPERS - will be available at the show for any dog that may foul inside the venue. Please immediately
contact the Arena Office, Organisers Office or Security.
DOG TRAILERS – Limited facilities are available for the parking of dog trailers inside the venue and will be
allocated on a first come first served basis. Please contact CARMEN on [email protected] or 082 448 0644 should you wish to make a booking. Please forward Carmen the trailer registration number for security purposes. Only trailers with the relevant parking ticket will be allowed in. Note – trailers to be inside the venue by 08h30 and may only leave after 17h00 for security purposes.

out these tickets prior to the show. Competitors will all be advised by email. We will not be posting.
