He is an inspiring and in�luencing and interacting public speaker, a professional trainer, toastmaster, coach, charismatic and resourceful for more than 450 International companies such as AIA, Flex, HP, Ping An Insurance, Volkswagen, Starbucks, PHILIPS, Unilever, Louis Vitton Moët Hennessy, MAYSU, Auchan, COMAC and Dongyuan Group… In Toastmasters in the past 18 years, he mentored and trained numerous Champions, 2 nd and 3 rd Placed winners of both English and Mandarin Speakers from both district 85 & 89 of China. Now, some of them are mentoring for other members. He was also a Pioneering Member of Shanghai No. 1 Toastmasters Club (since Jan.2000) and Founding President of 3 Clubs. He served 12 Terms as President in 4 Toastmasters Clubs. He was the Toastmaster of the Year (2012-2013) out of 6,500 members including Hong Kong and Macau. Since then, he got a 3 rd Placed and Champion of Table Topics Speech Contest District 85 China Toastmasters Convention in 2013 and 2015 respectively.
