after the due date will not be considered for publication. The papers should be based on original research
work, not yet published or considered for publication elsewhere. It should not exceed 2000 to 2500 words. If
the paper has been sent for publication elsewhere, the fact must be declared. Authors should take
responsibility for issues related to plagiarism. The papers should be sent in word format with Times New
Roman font. Heading in Font size 14 (Bold) and the remaining text in font 12 and with line spacing of 1.5.
Certificate of participation will be provided.
The papers will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on the originality and relevance to the
conference. Selected papers will be published in a book with ISBN and released on 8th March 2021 to
commemorate the International Women's Day.

Osmania University is the seventh oldest learning centers in the Country and third oldest in South India. Ever since its inception in 1918, the university made a remarkable progress and sustained with an integrated development in all disciplines, through multi-faceted range of program in Arts, Humanities,SocialSciences,Law,Education,Pharmacy,Engineering,Technology,Commerce and Business Management . With State of the Art infrastructure and excellent faculty, the university has carved a niche for its infinite field of Academic learning and Research. In this journey towards academic and research development, it has now reached the status of “University with Potential for Excellence” (UPE) and RUSA2.0.

process of sustainable development. The Centre attempts to provide access to better opportunities and
counter the existing disparities and makes efforts to change the basic social attitudes due to gender
inequality across class, caste and region.

the college. The WEC works to promote gender sensitivity in the college and conducts diverse programs to

on how women down the ages had to fight for their time and space. The traditional patterns and
conventional cultural structures in the society presented an environment for the women to make an ideal
shift from being passive to active participants in the divergent sectors and empowered in various areas like
business, education, entrepreneurship, finance, science and technology, research, healthcare,
consultancy, advocacy and entertainment. This conference also aims at analyzing the progress achieved
towards the Women empowerment in particular and gender equality, in general. The international
conference aims at bringing together women across the continents on to a common stage.
