Guest rooms and suites feature tropical décor, pillow-top bedding, custom artwork, HDTVs and travertine tile. Hotel rooms include a wet bar area with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishware. Other room amenities include WiFi, in-room movies, and conveniences of a hair dryer, lighted make-up mirror, iron/board and in-room safe. The resort is non-smoking.
Overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico, the 7th-floor Executive Conclave consists of four separately keyed units with 5 bedrooms. The common area is perfect as a convenient gathering spot, hospitality or for small informal sessions. Penthouses and Cypress Villa are also popular for VIPs. PARKING & SECURITY Overnight self-parking fee is typically included in the group rate. Valet parking is available at Island Grand’s lobby. TradeWinds provides 24-hour resort security. Special requirements for meeting room security should be made in advance.

RESORT SERVICES Typically included in the group rate are parking fees, guest room and public area WiFi, business center use, faxes, fitness center, tennis court time, as well as other amenities.
TRANSPORTATION Our on-site Resort Transportation Services offers a fleet of sedans, vans and a 20-passenger shuttle bus to get your group to and fro. Arrangements can be made for 47- or 55-passenger motor coaches, stretch limos … you name it. Airport transportation can be made in advance. Hertz Car Rental is on-site and the Suncoast Beach Trolley runs 25 miles along the beach for sightseeing.
