Creating a spatial connection between the new Seaton Hall and the renovated Mechanics Hall gives the College of Architecture, Planning & Design a public forum for a bright future.

SHAPING T HE FU T UR EThe APDesign Complex revitalization and expansion will improve student recruitment and retention, college accreditation and program reputation. By adjoining the newly-renamed Regnier Hall with the construction and renovated east wing of Seaton, the College of Architecture, Planning and Design will align its facilities with its values:

• Environmental stewardship

• Social equity

• Economic viability

• Aesthetic delight

The APDesign Complex will advance our vision to be a nationally recognized center of design and planning excellence and a nexus of interdisciplinary engagement, outreach and research serving the university, the profession and society.
