• Prepare a Project File/ Scrapbook and enlist the following tasks therein- (a) Compare any Indian Cuisines (for eg; North-Indian, South-Indian,

Rajasthani and Bengali veg). List any food items that are famous in each cuisine and find out the ingredients used in each. Also paste the pictures of these food items from magazines, newspapers or internet on the physical map of India in the project file.
