Responds saying that TNSZMA/DoE uses this ‘latest approved CZMP’ and provides a copy of the same map with no river that was shown on the file inspection day as the approved coastal zone management plan

DoE Responds saying 1. Government of Tamilnadu did

not approach the Hydrographers Office for backwater demarcation

2. No modification was done after MoEF approved changes in 1997

3. MoEF has not approved modifications on Sheet 2 and question of changes in the sheet does not arise

4. TNSCZMA has not given any clearance for setting up of petrochem park
