1/4 C lukewarm water

2 tsp yeast

1/2 tsp honey or sugar

1/2 C water

3 T almond milk

2 T extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1. In small bowl, combine 1/4 C lukewarm water with

yeast and 1/2 tsp honey or sugar and proof 10

minutes (or until yeast expands and looks foamy).

2. In medium mixing bowl, combine 1/2 C water,

almond milk, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and garlic.

3. Combine flour, Fresh on Demand Spinach Powder,

salt, and baking powder, then pour into wet

mixture and stir just until smooth and well

combined. Cover with an oiled piece of plastic

wrap and let rest for 2 hours.

dough bubbles sear to dark brown.

2 tsp low sodium soy sauce

*Preheat outdoor grill to 500 degrees. In zip-top bag, combine chicken breast with 2 tsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Sear chicken breast on grill 4-5 minutes each side. When each side has sear marks, transfer to upper rack, close grill, and reduce heat to low. Allow to cook 10 minutes. Plate chicken, cover with foil, and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

1. To make cashew mango sauce, combine water, agave, soy sauce,

vinegar, ginger and garlic in small saucepan and bring to boil.

2. Lower heat to slow boil and whisk constantly while adding Fresh on

1. In large bowl of hot water, soak rice noodles 10-15 minutes or till tender, then drain.

*You can make your own powdered evaporated cane juice in a blender. Just combine 1 C evaporated cane juice with 1 T cornstarch and blend till powdery.

Directions

1. For cake, line 13 x 9 baking dish with parchment and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

3. Combine wet ingredients (reserving carrots and pecans) in large bowl.

4. Add dry ingredients to the large bowl of wet ingredients and stir until well combined. Add carrots and pecans and stir just until combined.

5. Pour batter into lined dish and bake 30 minutes at 350, then an additional 15 minutes at 300. Cake is done when toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely and remove from pan.

6. For frosting, in a medium mixing bowl, combine ingredients and beat till smooth.

7. If mixture seems too stiff, add a few teaspoons of water and mix until smooth.

8. Frost top of cooled cake and serve.

1. In large saucepan over barely warm

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 2 small bread pans with parchment.

2. For cake, cream together evaporated milk, coconut oil and applesauce till light and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add remaining ingredients, mix until combined, then pour into pans. Bake 35-45 minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Popcorn Balls

with Tinted

White Chocolate

Featuring Fresh on Demand™Beet Powder

If you love gooey, soft caramel popcorn, this is the recipe for you. The naturally tinted white chocolate is a nice surprise. Nothing artificial here--just a purely good and delicious snack!

Ingredients

For Popcorn Balls: 1 1/2 C brown rice syrup1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract4 T butter8 cups popped popcorn

For Tinted White Chocolate: 1/2 C white chocolate chips1/4 tsp vanilla extract1 T almond milk1/4 tsp Fresh on Demand Beet Powder (or other Fresh on Demand juice powder*)

*Juice powder works best as a natural food coloring. Beet and wheatgrass are especially good.

Directions

1. Sift popcorn from un-popped kernels into large bowl and

set aside.

2. In large pot, heat brown rice syrup and salt and bring to

boil. Continue to cook on high till 270-290 degrees or

soft-crack stage, then remove from heat.

3. Vigorously stir vanilla and butter into caramel until well

incorporated, then add popcorn to pot one cup at a time.

Carefully fold hot caramel over popcorn.

4. With buttered hands, quickly form popcorn into six balls

and place on a sheet of wax paper or parchment.

5. To make tinted white chocolate, melt white chocolate

chips in a small bowl in microwave at 10-second intervals.

Stir and continue heating until melted. It is okay if it looks a

little pasty.

6. Add vanilla, almond milk and Fresh on Demand Beet

Powder and stir vigorously till smooth and evenly colored.

7. Spoon chocolate into zip-top baggie and cut a tiny hole in

one bottom corner. Pipe white chocolate across popcorn

balls and allow to cool about 30 minutes before serving.
