What you need:
Eggs - 5
Sugar - 1 cup ( 170 g)
Flour - 1 cup (100 g)
1 large or 2 small apples,
1 slice of lemon (for sprinkling apples)
Butter or oil to grease forms
Wash and dry apples, cut into 5 pieces and cut out the core (apple peel can be cut off).Cut thin slices of apple.Put the apple slices in a bowl, drizzle with a little lemon juice (not darkened) and mix.Beat the eggs in a bowl and beat in a mixer .
Pour a thin stream of sugar.
Continue beating with eggs for about 10 minutes.
Add the flour,then mix again.
Grease the baking dish.Put half of the dough and add the apples.
Apple pie bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated 180 ° C oven.During baking the oven door is not open.The cake is ready when the top has a light brown crust and a toothpick sticking with no trace of raw dough.
